For me, it is important that my employees are involved in the work with the work environment we have with us, something that the service concept AffärsPsykologiskPuls® (APP) / Weekli and the collaboration with Jan Blomström made possible.
Through the work, I can systematically, data-driven and in real time follow up and see shifts in my teams regarding organizational and social work environment, OSA. It gives me as a leader the opportunity to act quickly and take action before it affects health and performance. But the concept also gives the teams themselves the tools to identify and act on their own work environment at an early stage, which strengthens their morale, commitment and collective responsibility.
The collaboration with Jan Blomström has helped me develop a more decentralized way of working. So I can now say with a clear conscience that ag knows in real time how my employees are doing, an awareness that I and the teams together take responsibility for. Extra nice for all parties is how Prolead and Jan Blomström stand behind us when offensive differential treatment occurs. Overall, a way of working I warmly recommend.
ABOUT STORA SKEDVI SCHOOL
In my assignment, I have close to 50 employees, divided into 3 work teams within the preschool and 3 work teams within the primary school F-6. I work with two management groups, one for each unit, where the participants rotate from the work team. Read in the Chief newspaper here >>>
In the past, I have been an administrator in various parts of the education system and have also worked as a head of department at the university.
Together with my colleagues in the education administration in Säter municipality, we use Business Psychological Pulse® (APP) / Weekli to strengthen our work environment work.
