My passion is leading knowledge-intensive innovation companies in the technical sector. Now it gave us the 2021SKAPA innovation prize in memory of Alfred Nobel, for our innovation Green Buffers. In 2023, we won the Swedish Steel Prize.
As a leader, you stand alone, and I have worked with Jan Blomström as leadership support in both strategic and operational matters to grow as a leader and land correctly in my actions.
My employees are often more technically oriented and I have also taken help from Jan Blomström to strengthen my teams. With his business psychology tools and tangible ways, Jan has helped my teams to greater understanding, better collaboration and more efficient ways of working together. An invaluable part of our cultural work and one of our main success factors behind the innovative height we have managed to maintain in our business.
Today, Jan works as a strategic sounding board and advisor, but I'm already looking forward to the next breakthrough we will make together with Jan Blomström!
